Having an allergy to eggs can be a very difficult situation when it comes to baking. What I have found over the last couple years is there are some great substitutes to eggs out there. The best substitute that I use most frequently because of its mild taste and the fact that its consistency is the same of an egg is Flax Meal. Here are the directions to make one egg:
-1 Tbl Spn Flax Meal
-3 Tbl Spn Water
Let the flax meal sit in the water for a few min and become the consistency of an egg you will be able to tell by mixing it with a fork.
