A Guide to your Emotions: A Self Help Journal

One of the hardest things to do is to try to understand certain emotions and why we are having them. This Journal will walk you through the process of discovering your emotions and the possibilities of why you might be having them. I personally have struggled with anxiety and depression and having a place to write down your feelings is one of the first steps I took to getting better. When you write down how you are feeling and see it on paper it helps you rationalize the thoughts going through your mind.
